Fairly straight forward once I'd managed to coordinate arms and legs 😂.I'm really enjoying seeing what we've got to do each morning 😊
I did it and I felt it in the upper arm and thigh...
Since the Therabands I have don't seem long enough (or strong enough 🙃), I used 1 kg dumbbells. It worked!
Yes, using the resistance bands more during this challenge I realised how similar the movements are to dumbbell movements.
But I also realised the huge advantage of resistance bands for trips away from home. When travelling, you can always fit a set of bands into your luggage, dumbbells are a bit more difficult for that. 🤣🤣
My bands are a bit short too so it was also dumbbells for me. I might ask Father Christmas for some longer ones!
OK, i have done the days 3 to 6 together today cause I was a bit busy at the weekend. Happy that todays was so straightforward!!😂😂
